Initially hired to increase the brewery’s visibility and thought leadership through public relations and influencer management, our work grew into higher level brand management and marketing consultation. In addition to getting local and national coverage, Forest Green worked with Little Beast to develop their first annual beer calendar, create a go-to market pipeline for product releases, manage sponsorships, analyze growth opportunities, build marketing and sales assets, and launch an exclusive bottle club with 120 members. Our efforts helped the brewery quadruple their production and sales.
