Earth Day Oregon
Earth Day Oregon (EDO) is a statewide collaboration between sustainably-minded businesses and nonprofits. The campaign drives donation dollars to 50+ partner organizations by fostering and promoting annual fundraisers, sales, and events at 150+ sustainably-focused businesses on Earth Day, April 22.
Every year we help EDO and its partner organizations get attention through earned media channels — television, radio, and online publications — around the state. Each organization’s partnership with a local business looks a little different. So not only do we broadcast the overall story about EDO’s plans, but we find and spotlight the partnerships that have a unique call to action for consumers. This individualized approach gives extra momentum to EDO, boosting the reach of its campaign.
